THE CHALLENGE 


With the travel world bouncing back after COVID-19, Priority Pass saw the perfect opportunity to claim its crown as the #1 airport lounge programme. People were itching to get back out there, travel demand was on the rise, and Priority Pass was ready reach for the sky. They wanted to reposition themselves and remind travellers why they were the first class spot for a premium, relaxed airport experience.

As Priority Pass’ lead global performance media agency, we revamped their strategy across three key channels to get things flying smoothly:

Paid Social 

With recurring user complaints and some pretty low review scores, we knew we had to shake things up. So, we took a test-and-learn approach, tackling those issues head-on and building a strategy that would not only fix things but also set up a solid foundation for long-term growth


Paid Search and SEO 

There wasn’t much data to work with from past upper-funnel activity, so we dove in, restructured the PPC accounts, and launched a fresh strategy aimed at getting Priority Pass front and centre globally. Our goal? To boost brand awareness and get their name buzzing everywhere! 


It was all about capitalising on the post-pandemic rush and making sure Priority Pass was the first name on everyone’s mind when it came to lounge access!
