BACKGROUND



The key challenge was to select influencers who could deliver more than just reach and visibility. Beyond building awareness for Samsung’s new smartwatch portfolio, the campaign needed to drive real purchasing decisions and translate content performance into measurable sales results.





SOLUTION



The campaign was designed as a multi-stage, long-term initiative divided into four phases – starting with the product launch, followed by key sales moments such as Black Friday and the holiday season, and concluding with community-focused activations. The creative approach positioned Galaxy watches as smart, everyday companions supporting sleep quality, recovery, wellbeing, and daily performance – all enabled by advanced AI-powered features. Influencer storytelling focused on real-life use cases, credibility, and consistent presence across channels.




RESULTS



Influencer collaborations were planned with flexibility in mind, allowing for ongoing optimization and adjustments based on performance data. The campaign was amplified not only through partner and media support, but also across Samsung’s owned channels, ensuring message consistency and scale.





Already in its first phase, the campaign exceeded expectations, achieving 116% of the sales target and 215% of the planned impressions, confirming both strong reach and commercial effectiveness.
