BACKGROUND



Samsung aimed to launch an awareness and educational campaign for its Class A energy-efficient dryers. The primary challenge was translating complex technical specifications into tangible, everyday benefits. The campaign needed to address common consumer barriers and questions while highlighting Samsung’s competitive advantages over other brands in the market.


SOLUTION


We developed the "3× Savings" creative platform, a strategic framework designed to categorize product value into three clear pillars:


  Saving Money: Highlighting significantly lower utility bills compared to lower energy classes.


  Saving Time: Showcasing shorter cycles and AI-driven program optimization.


  Saving Space: Emphasizing compact installation options and the ability to dry large loads in a single process.




Execution highlights included:


1. Brand Hero: Creation of a friendly Bespoke AI Dryer avatar to serve as a consistent visual guide across all materials.


2. Educational Content: A series of consumer-focused animations that demystified technology and answered practical questions (e.g., "Can I dry shoes in this dryer?").


3. Interactive Knowledge Hub: A dedicated Landing Page designed to educate users and demonstrate the product’s practical benefits through interactive modules.
