Concept and execution of a creative sales campaign

BACKGROUND


The goal was to present PKO Insurance Company’s offer in a simple, light, and relatable way that resonates with everyday life. The campaign aimed to reach new customers who, while familiar with the Bank’s services, had no prior contact with its insurance products. The key challenge was to shift the mindset of Polish consumers and demonstrate that the bank can be just as good, if not better, a place to purchase insurance compared to dealing with an insurance agent.

PKO Bank’s insurance products are designed to help customers respond quickly and efficiently to various unexpected and unfortunate events throughout their lives. By integrating insurance services directly within the banking environment, the solution simplifies the buying process, making protection more accessible and less intimidating. This approach highlights the convenience and reliability of managing insurance needs through a trusted banking partner, bridging the gap between financial services and personal security.



RESULTS


The project included the development of a creative concept and idea, along with scripts for three commercials (three 15-second spots plus a 6-second version). We prepared the full commercials and shorter cuts for promotional purposes. The campaign ran digitally across three creative lines, featuring branding commercials published on YouTube. The shortened versions of the spots were utilized effectively across social media channels, ensuring broad reach and engagement with the target audience.
