The Ministry of Social Affairs and Work asked us to develop a awareness campaign to address the rights young people have. So we can prevent the risk of misunderstandings at work and reduce the risk of conflict. In short: more job satisfaction!

We developed a campagin based on behaviour science insights where MBO students asked their peers questions related to work and their contract. #durftevragen. The campaign was seen on social media and Out of Home nearby school. And on the website the young people could find all the rights and obligitations in understandable language.

In-house Production
This low budget campaign was completely developed in-house with our own content production team. We delivered 3 abri's, 3 digital out of home video's, 3 social video's in all relevant sizes and the website.
