We led the development of a global first for Samsung: a membership program specifically for newcomers to Canada.

BACKGROUND: Immigration is at an all-time high in Canada, with an average of 500,000 newcomers starting new lives in the country every year. Samsung asked us to build affinity with new Canadians through authentic and empathetic messaging.
SOLUTION: We created a specially curated, custom program geared entirely to International Students (newcomers to Canada), offering exclusive benefits and deals on Samsung products to help make their move easier. As part of this campaign, we rolled out a fully integrated marketing plan in 2024, including unique brand positioning, branding & identity, dotcom journey & experience, API integrations, brand film, advertising campaign, content, influencer strategy, experiential marketing and more.
