CHALLENGE
To support Unioncamere Lombardia and Regione Lombardia in the physical and digital creation of 11 training events to promote the Lombardy Region Announcement and help SMBs obtain the certification of gender equality in the company.
IDEA
"In a company, gender equality makes the difference", it is starting from this message that Cheil Italy followed the Unioncamere/Lombardy Region live and streaming events in all phases, taking care of every aspect: from production, to direction, to live web, newsletters, ad hoc invitations, save the dates and social posts, without forgetting the white paper and the handbook.
RESULTS
The initiative generated strong engagement, with around 1,000 participants registering for the events. The program helped raise awareness around gender equality certification among Lombardy SMEs and supported companies in understanding the opportunities offered by the regional initiative.
