BACKGROUND: As digital signage continues to evolve with advances in display and software technology, the market has grown increasingly complex - especially for small and medium-sized business. While interest is high, many SMB owners lack clear understanding of how digital signage solutions work and how they can be practically applied to their own environments.
SOLUTION: We developed an always-on social and community management strategy, targeting US-based SMB owners. Content was published twice weekly across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram using the message "This is your sign" to promote a 60-day free trial. To demonstrate cross-industry applications, new visual assets were produced across retail, corporate, education, healthcare and cafe environments. The strategy expanded to include a branded subreddit, enabling direct user engagement and long-term community development.
