Live commerce has grown as a format, but most events create a spike of attention without sustained sales impact. Viewers watch, react, and move on. For Samsung, the challenge was turning live engagement into real consideration and purchase—without asking consumers to leave the environment where buying already happens.
SOLUTION
Samsung Live was built as a weekly, shoppable livestream designed to meet consumers at the point of purchase. Episodes stream directly on samsung.com, allowing viewers to shop while they watch. Each show weaves audience interests—gaming, music, photography, and more—into live demonstrations led by influencers and product experts. Entertainment and product education work together, making features tangible and purchase friction minimal.
RESULTS
Samsung Live became an ongoing program with consistent weekly episodes and growing viewership. The format drove increasing product orders over time and continues to scale as a core live commerce platform, extending into its second year and beyond.
