BACKGROUND


Samsung.com began as a brand information channel, but as the importance of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing for customer touchpoint innovation in the consumer market grew, it required a strategic transformation into a core marketing tool. Ultimately, Samsung.com is advancing toward its goal of successful expansion as an integrated e-commerce platform encompassing everything from product discovery to purchase completion.



SOLUTION


Cheil Worldwide has accelerated Samsung.com's D2C transformation by providing an end-to-end integrated solution from planning to operations, working alongside seasoned global digital experts. We serve as an organic UX/UI orchestrator, driving user experience improvements through UX research, strategy development via A/B testing, prototyping, design, execution, and subsequent results analysis. We collaborate with leading global agencies such as Iris Worldwide, BMB, Cheil Pengtai, and The Barbarian Group to produce high-caliber creative content. We ensure stable platform operation through systematic management tools and systems, backed by a global network capable of 24/7 response. Furthermore, we are pursuing operational cost reduction and efficiency by automating diffusion processes and introducing AI solutions for content creation.



RESULTS



We produce over 15,000 visual assets and 600 product content pieces annually, demonstrating our creativity while rapidly generating localized and platform-specific content. We update pages across 91 global sites in 43 languages, actively leveraging AI and automation for the creation and distribution of numerous pages.
