      This year, the campaign even more powerful by introducing a new presenter and a clear message that promises Samsung Life Insurance will always stand by its customers no matter what happens. The IMC plan helped the campaign reach a wider audience, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and top-of-mind (TOM) scores compared to last year. We selected high-visibility locations in the center of Bangkok and major upcountry cities and capture target’s journey from on the go moment and online to to make sure our message was seen and remembered. The campaign launched on July 1, 2025, so full results are still on the way. By the way, early feedback has been very positive. People have noticed the ads, especially on the roads and BTS where the visuals really stand out and leave a strong impression.
