BACKGROUND
The challenge was to demystify complex smart features across Samsung’s AGD (Home Appliances), VD (Visual Display), and Mobile ecosystems. Samsung needed to explain the practical benefits of the SmartThings app in a way that was both accessible and engaging, moving away from dry, technical manuals.
SOLUTION
We developed a series of dynamic, humor-driven videos that focused on visual storytelling rather than dialogue. By showcasing relatable everyday struggles - such as choosing the right laundry cycle or managing home energy - the campaign positioned the app as an intuitive solution.
1. Creative Strategy: Produced 8 original scripts focusing on "silent" storytelling.
2. Multi-Platform Execution: Created full-length YouTube tutorials with optimized short-form edits for Social Media.
3. User-Centric Design: Integrated clear, on-screen interface subtitles to guide users through the app’s functions in real-time.
RESULTS
The key challenge was to select influencers who could deliver more than just reach and visibility. Beyond building awareness for Samsung's new smartwatch portfolio, the campaign needed to drive real purchasing decisions and translate content performance into measurable sales results.
